I am can’t believe the prices at Alderwood on Abernathy. I hope to buy a 4 story townhome with an elevator for $460,000! That’s just incredible!!

Highlands of Sandy Springs is on the move, it is a great place to live and it is getting better. We will have our Mid-rise Codominiums completed in January and it will give us Masters on the Main.

Woodbridge Crossing is an amazing community. I loved the feel of the neighborhood and especially the covered bridge. So much home for the money. This is not your typical cookie cutter subdivision. The floor plans are unique and the exteriors are very appealing.

I agree with Brooke, the neighborhood is amazing, great location, The Silver Comet Trail and Publix are less than a mile away, the designs are very open, I like the Abbott’s familyroom the best, it’s perfect for a big screen tv and some awesome football viewing. I feel really good about the new construction, this is the first signs that the recovery has started.
