I talked with the on site agent at Eastland Gates this weekend, she was very helpful! I didn’t understand the tax credits or even if I qualified for them. She showed me how I could own one of the beautiful townhomes at Eastland Gates. I love this community and hope to get my financing together and write a contract by the end of next month.
