Beautiful community! Wonderful townhomes! Great location! A co-worker told me about to check Eastland Gates out & I am happy I did. I instantly felt at home & the Providence Group is a good builder. The location couldn’t be better. I work downtown & it only takes me about 20 minutes to get to work. I love it!

I am under contract at Eastland Gates. So far the process has been smooth. The townhome I am getting is the perfect size for me and my dog. Can’t wait to close and get my keys.

A quaint community with an excellent location minutes from downtown. I first saw the community on a saturday and ran into the members of the homeowners association. They were meeting around the pool, planning the end of the summer celebration. Once inside the homes I was amazed at the size and all the standard features. I love,love, love my new home. couldn’t ask for anything else in my first home!!!

My agent found this neighborhood for me and I wrote my contract the same day. I looked at a few others but kept comparing them to the Rawlins. I travel so I need a maintenance free life-style & the gate is a plus.
