THE PROVIDENCE GROUP IS EXCITED ABOUT THE NEW HOME CONSTRUCTION “BUZZ” AT WOODBRIDGE CROSSING! We have 5 single-family homes with basements “move-in” ready “NOW” and 8 new homes under construction with completion dates as early as May. “Pre-sale activity is at a fever pitch in all of our communities with new home construction right now” says Ginny Bryant, Director of Sales and Marketing for the Providence Group. “New construction has always been a sign of spring but this year particularly it is so very important! The Home Buyers Tax Credit helped to get the momentum going, but we’re still seeing a lot of very serious buyers now.”
